ULLET SUITES, Liverpool – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel was a bit disappointing overall. The rooms needed air conditioning on hot days as opening the window exposed us to traffic noise. Our requested rooms were on different floors, making it inconvenient to communicate. The bed was uncomfortable with a large slump in the middle. Despite these issues, the location was good for exploring Sefton Park.

The hotel offered a practical room with a brilliant adjacent kitchen, but cleanliness was an issue. The service was excellent but had some room for improvement with outdated items. The location was perfect for my needs, though the lack of on-site dining was a downside. The dining experience was surprising given the hotel's conditions. The facilities provided were satisfactory.

My stay at the Ullet suite was a mix of cozy warmth and cleanliness, but unfortunately, I encountered a broken door that led to the garden. The service was considerate but lacked communication skills, which was evident when I found outdated ham and a half-eaten chicken carcass. The location, though not feeling safe or clean, was very convenient for Smithdown Road and Greenbank Student Village. The dining options were scattered, with traditional Italian dishes found along Lark Lane or at the main hotel down the street. The facilities were adequate, but the unexplainable building next door left me puzzled.
